Purchase Terms for Lilo Material Packs
Written plainly, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
What you receive
Every pack on this page is a digital product. You receive downloadable files, and in some packs browser based materials such as interactive reading or the counting quiz.
Nothing is shipped physically. You print the materials yourself at home or at a print shop.
How you open your purchase
Your purchase is tied to the email address you enter at checkout. Once the payment is verified, every material inside the pack opens in your Lilo account at app.lilo.id.
If the email is new to us, an account is created for it automatically. If you have bought from Lilo before, the pack joins your existing account.
Payment
Payment happens on the official Lilo payment page, with QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet, and over the counter options.
Bank transfers are received by PT Edukasi Prima Nusa, the company behind Lilo. Seeing that name on the transfer screen is expected.
When you pay by manual transfer, send the exact amount shown, including the unique digits at the end. Those digits are what let the system match your payment automatically.
How you may use the materials
You may print and reprint the materials as often as you wish for children in your own family.
Reselling the files, sharing them publicly, or distributing them to other households or institutions falls outside this licence. Schools and learning centres that want to use Lilo materials can arrange a separate licence with us.
Refunds
If a pack cannot be opened, arrives incomplete, or clearly differs from what this page describes, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.
Because the files can be downloaded and printed immediately, we do not refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind after opening the materials.
When a refund is processed, access to the pack and everything inside it is withdrawn from your account.

For anything about a purchase, message us on WhatsApp with the email you used and the invoice code from your payment page. We reply during working hours.
